[IndexedCatalog] Project still alive?

Well, Stoq2 has moved to using SQLObject -- initially, as an experiment.
We never tried using an ORM, and clients really nag us for SQL
compatibility. Let's see how that goes.

It doesn't mean that IC is dead, however -- just that one of our
projects doesn't use it. We do have client projects that use IC, and
we'll evaluate using it for any other project we have that allows for
it. And if we receive demand for features, we'll add them, of course.
