[IndexedCatalog] zodb 3.4 compatibility

Hello, 

I want to ask about compatibility with zodb 3.4 branch, which is now stable 
release. 

At default install, IC is not compatible as some modules has been renamed (and 
as far as I looked on it, it's somehow mix of 3.3 and 4.0 branch. 

It's in plan to fix this?
