What does this error message mean?

I'm trying to develop my first dialog box (a small login dialog box for a 
RDBMS app) with Kiwi 0.5.0, Python 2.2.2 and Glade 1.1.3. I just got this 
error message:

I did not find any clue about this error inside the documentation. 
Does anybody can help me?
