kiwi 1.9.11 and gazpacho 0.7.0

We sort of have that in the svn checkout.
There are a couple of integration issues with kiwi and gazpacho when both
are installed, I've not managed to take time off to solve them.

Hopefully I'll find some time soon and sort it out, meanwhile use them
uninstalled (eg, no packages)
