Hi, I've built Glade 3.4.0 for win32 some time ago, unfortunately I
don't recall if I've built it with python plugin support, although I
had python installed then, so maybe it has it...

Anyway, you can try and see if it works:

I'm not on win32, so I can't test it here for kiwi support ATM :/
