I committed it to stoq svn, with a few modifications:

* It's not copyrighted Async, but still under GPL
* I added your name under authors with the year 2008
* And changed Rafaels to be 2007

There are a few errors in the translation:

This for example is wrong:

msgid "_Receivable"
msgstr "Pendiente"

It should be:

msgstr "_Pendiente" instead.

_P is a hot key, which you need to be careful with. It doesn't necessary 
have to be "P", it could be any other letter used in the word.
However, in a typical interface there should only be one hot key for each 
key, eg _P should only mean "Pendiente" and not "Pagado", for example.

In some other cases you added an extra hot key, where there shouldn't be one.
